Thoughts of the Day:
With schoolwork and so many other commitments, the amount of detailed blog entries I will have time to do, or at least the amount of detailed, researched, agonized over, Scripture saturated, prayer filled blogs that I should be devoting my time to will be few and far between for the foreseeable future. For instance, I have an Ethics paper due at midnight, and I have yet to begin reading the chapter on it! 17 credit hours online keeps you busy, especially when what you really want to be studying is the Bible and theology.
I feel like I have worn myself out a bit posting so much stuff, reading so much stuff, watching so much stuff. At the same time, I still want to be able to write something on a regular basis for my blog. This could work
out- my blogs will be shorter, so more people might actually read them :D
Daily, or at least every other day, I am going to write a brief entry entitled “Thoughts of the Day.” I will try not to go over three or four 5-sentence paragraphs, I promise. These entries could be about anything, but they will literally be about what I have been thinking about during the day about God and Christianity and doctrine and so on.
And so, this counts as the first entry in the “Thoughts of the Day” series, since this is what I have been thinking about doing for today, and because the length of this entry is about how long I expect most of my entries to be from now on.
But... this isn’t really a biblical entry, it’s just telling you about what I am going to do, so today I will do a bonus “Thoughts Of The Day Entry” in a little bit since there is something that has been on my mind all day that I would like to share.
Ah look, I kept it fairly brief for once.
